Artist Statement

Spanish Flamenco:
Voice, claps and tap-dancing, make up the Flamenco.
Neither the dancers nor the singers if not body expression and art, a
race full of strength.
The FIRE of their dance is what it remains.
The power of the dancers make us vibrate, we feel their soul.
We breathe in the air of their dresses.
We see the world through their eyes and fall in a perfect madness
red and black visions in temperamental and chaotic movements.
We are tricked and carried away with their art, though they also let us feel
their tenderness.
Strength and sensibility.

Art and RACE.
A difficult but necessary mixture to express at the same time feeling and toughness.

Street dancers.
We greet inspiration and it comes to us.
Pavement animals, nomads by devotion.
Come out of their hideouts to show us their talent, their impossible
contortions, their modelling beauty.
To entertain, to amuse, to survive, to look for a way of life.
Pavement animals who welcome with pleasure the warmth and chilliness
given by their friend, the street.
Fire in summer, ice in winter, it does not matter. We greet inspiration and it comes to us.
